These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, except where prohibited by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
